Job Description :

Provide level 1 & level 2 support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Making sure that customer’s query and issues resolved with-in SLA.

Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status

Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates.

Document and track support requests using the company’s ticketing system.

Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve issues.

Ready to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification - Graduation 

Technical skills :

QGood understanding and knowledge of Linux ( Red hat/Centos).

Understanding of any ticketing system

Good understanding of ITIL process

Basics of MS SQL

Soft skills required :

Good written and spoken English

Proactive and self driven

Taking responsibility and proven record of improvements
